Noppies
I helped empathise and visualise the design of the noppies customer app and in-store app.
Noppies, the brand for pregnant women and moms, launched a customer loyalty program that offers lots of personalization. We created a unique omnichannel program for Noppies, with an attractive contact strategy and a mobile app. We reach expectant mothers with tailored offers.
The benefit of Noppies Club members is always relevant. Expectant mothers receive personal, valuable offers and a gift when the baby is born. Even when there is already a little one running around, mothers receive offers that are completely tailored to the age of the child and, on top of that, a nice birthday present every year!
approach
Since the design has already been outsourced, I have resolved to record my findings and feedback in a document. This will save me a lot of time and will be easier for the frontend developer to fix.
project goals
Compare frontend and design and see what is missing.
Find out if we forgot some important elements in the design.
Check the overall flow of the website and the app.
problem statement
To collect and redeem a customer's points, a customer should have access to their balance at all times. With the app on the customer's personal mobile phone, they can not only shop online and redeem the coupons, but also view their account balance and see which coupons they can collect on their next purchase.

prototyping
When you create a clickable prototype with InVision, you gain as much usability insight as you can.
By clicking on the prototype, you’ll get an idea of how the app works

defining the mvp
By working closely with the lead developer and project owner, I knew how to design the Loyalty Cloud to accommodate that in the app.
Loyalty Cloud is always part of the app and vice versa which must be taken into account at all times.
learnings
Always make sure the scope is clear to everyone. Despite the close cooperation between sales, design and developers, there could have been more honest discussions. Due to lack of correct information about the communication between the software and the app during the briefing, the MVP had to be changed several times. The eagerness to develop something completely new blinded us all early on, resulting in insufficient time for build feedback and premature release.
